The Villa is located midway between the coastal resort town of Nerja and the whitewashed Andalucian town of Frigiliana.

Access to the main A7 coastal motorway is only a couple of minutes drive from the Villa giving easy access to all parts of Andalucia.

Nerja:
A very popular tourist destination, yet it retains it's Spanish charms with many excellent bars and restaurants to choose from. The name Nerja comes from the Moorish name Narixa, which means water.

Frigiliana:
Nestled on the side of the Almijara mountains this white village is famous for it's honey and local wine.

Malaga:
The capital of the province and around 30 minutes drive, museum, theatres, great shopping and excellent beaches. A further 10 minutes drive to the Pablo Picasso International airport

 

Sierra Nevada Ski Resort:
In less than 2 hours from the Villa you can be on the slopes at Sierra Nevada,


 

Sierra Nevada is Europes most southerly ski resort, located to the north east of Granada which has a regional airport.


With slopes for absolute beginners and more challenging ones for experienced
Skiers

Golf:
There are two resorts within twenty minutes drive, Salobreña to the east and Baviera golf to the west. Two new golf courses are currently being built in Torrox, less than ten minutes drive.

Sailing:
There are two marinas in the area, Marina del Este less than 20  minutes drive to the east, and Caleta de Velez, 15 minutes drive to the West. A brand new marina has been approved and will be built midway between Nerja and Torrox.
